Loottox is a public gamification of the ToxiPlays vault. Every 12 hours, you (yes, you!) get the opportunity to pull for five random ToxiPlays tracks — ranging from common tracks that are available elsewhere to legendary tracks that are only available in the Loottox files.

Where do I start?
Thanks for participating in this experiment! Loottox has been taken offline for now, but we are accepting your donations to help bring it back sometime in the near future. This article will remain up as a time capsule of what once was. 🫡
The Upgrades
Keen eyes may have noticed that Loottox has already existed. And, yes, there was a previous launch of Loottox on July 14, 2026. But between then and now, the site has seen some serious upgrades:
Way more songs to choose from. I don’t want to leak the exact number, but each day’s pull is going to be even more exciting guaranteed. It’ll be harder for you to pull a song you’ve already seen before.
Media Session API support. In layman’s terms, this means you can now control playback of Loottox songs from the OS itself. If your OS shows cover art, we’ve got you covered! You’ll see special cover art depending on the rarity of the track you’re listening to.
Complete visual overhaul. After some internal feedback from PRIZE members, the website’s visual design has been completely redone (taking after this very blog). The animation for synced lyrics is now way more interesting as well ;P
Loudness normalization. I took heed from other streaming services such as Spotify and now force all songs to be within a certain LUFS range upon playback. Loud tracks (cough) will no longer be so loud that your ears hurt, and quiet tracks will no longer sound like a whisper in the wind. Downloading is unaffected by this however!
Inventory system. Starting August 2026, Loottox will keep a private record of every song you’ve discovered while playing the game. You’ll also be able to listen to these tracks from your inventory.
Set progression. See those banners at the top? Each song can be apart of a “set” (think playlists or albums), and your daily pulls have the potential to unlock more and more of that set’s tracklist. Can you get a full set while it’s available?
The Technicalities
If you’re interested in the fine details behind how Loottox actually works at its core (because you’re as much of a nerd as I am), then go to the next page. I’ve broken it off into another place you have to intentionally choose to go to because this is also just a landing page to get people pulling, not so much only a romdump.
It might’ve been easy to count ToxiPlays out after their public momentum slowed in 2025 and they cited heavy disillusionment1 as a reason to quit music. That was until Toxi made a cryptic Tweet on an unsuspecting Saturday, and then released the ever-so-destructive DON’T KNOCK THE GRIND EP on February 25, 2026.
As announced throughout, the extended play is an audiovisual milestone and quick pit stop towards their next big project: THE WORLD IS YOURS. More information about that will be shared as it is made available.
Behind the Record
In the artist’s words:
To be honest with you, I was coming off of the heels of some of the weirdest artist-to-artist relations in my life. DON’T KNOCK THE GRIND is the direct result of these relationships ending and me trying to rediscover who I was through the music (something I had already tried to “move on” from). I really wanted something I could call my own… sounds silly looking back, but it’s something I was denied in the months prior. Every track in here is intended to hit hard for a different kind of listener. There’s something in it for everybody—whether you’re a fan of the underground, you like more classic trap, or you dig a rocky aesthetic.I’m really happy with how it’s turned out and, if given the opportunity, I’d do it all over again.
I made all of this EP acting like it were to stand as the last words that these people I was trying to get away from would ever hear from me. I think you can honestly tell, since I’m not pulling any punches with my work here. “LOSE MY NUMBER” is probably better categorized as a diss track if anything, “BOP IT” was reclaiming that power I had given up to them so easily, and “SHOWSTOPPER” is straight up reworked from one of the demos co-produced partly by the person that kickstarted the mess of 2025. It’s all love though. I’m happy that AQUATIC RECORDS took me on at such a critical stage in my career, and I think I’ve set the bar pretty high for THE WORLD IS YOURS, when the time comes.
